Commercial Site

Support

Busy commercial sites rarely stand still. Contractors come and go, deliveries arrive, projects shift phases and staffing levels change. Proact Security Services provides flexible Commercial Site Support to help keep active premises safe, organised and operating smoothly alongside your existing security and facilities arrangements.

Service Overview

Our mobile teams provide on-the-ground support for live sites – from simple lock and unlock routines to welfare visits, contractor checks and basic safety observations. We work to your procedures and integrate with your own staff, helping you manage risk without adding unnecessary complexity.

Commercial Site Support is ideal for:

  • Operational offices, warehouses and depots

  • Construction and refurbishment projects

  • Multi-tenant commercial buildings and estates

  • Sites with changing contractor presence or shift patterns

Perimeter and yard checks

  • Observations on lighting, external doors and loading bay areas

  • Notes on fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles or misuse of shared areas

(We do not replace formal health and safety inspections but provide practical support and extra visibility.)

How A Typical Commercial Site Support Visit Works

  1. Pre-visit instructions
Our coordination team reviews your current instructions, noting any specific tasks, site changes or risks for that visit.

  2. Arrival and sign-in
The operative attends site, follows your access and sign-in procedures and makes contact with the nominated on-site lead where required.

  3. Completion of agreed tasks
This may include opening or closing routines, welfare checks, contractor observations, perimeter walks and basic housekeeping checks.

  4. Issue identification and escalation
Any concerns about safety, security or welfare are recorded and escalated through the agreed communication route.

  5. Handover and exit
The operative confirms that doors and gates are secured where required, completes any logs and signs out in line with your procedures.

  6. Report and confirmation
A concise summary is sent to your chosen contact, highlighting what was completed and any actions recommended.
